Yahnian​

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Yahnian is our Vice president of operations. He oversees our daily operations and continues to lead the team to success. His goal is to grow the company through strategic methods and implementation of processes that will ensure continued success for many years. Mr. Yahnian has over 30 years in Construction- Commercial, Industrial, Multi Family, Type I-V, Podium, Multi-million Dollar Custom Homes and Slab on Grade. His passion and skills in Construction go unmatched in the Industry. He is available to meet with our clients at a moment’s notice. He carries a Class B license in CA.

Marc is married to his wife Leslie. They enjoy working out, traveling, camping and spending time with their family. Marc graduated from California State, Chico with a degree in Construction Management.

Vinny
Faggella​

Director of Electrical & Lighting

Mr. Faggella brings over 30 years of experience to our electrical team. He started as a General Contractor in New York. He spent 10 years as an electrician at the Westchester County Center and the Westchester County Department of Environmental facilities. He then worked for a GC in California for 12 years before joining our family at Alliance Facility Services, Inc. He has a C-10 license and is responsible for the development and growth of our electrical division. He maintains communication with clients throughout every project

On his time off Vinny enjoys spending time with his family, working on older cars and mountain biking.

Chelsea
Brimhall​

Office Manager/Controller

Ms. Brimhall is our Administrative Leader and experienced Office Manager. She is our office backbone with strong organizational skills, personnel skills and she is always assisting our teams in the field and within the office. She is a leader with our community outreach programs as well. She has a desire to help others and grow. We are happy to have her as part of our leadership team.

On her time off Chelsea enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her friends.

Bryce
Dahlin​

Director of Account Management​

Mr. Dahlin is our main point of contact who takes care of our clients. He comes to our family at Alliance Facility Services, Inc., with 17 years of experience in customer satisfaction, project organization and leadership skills. Mr. Dahlin handles project inquires, on-site consultations, estimating, proposals, organizing scopes of work and follow up. He is also in charge of our social media and marketing platform.

On his time off Bryce enjoys spending time reading, creating & listening to music and being outdoors.
